I am thrilled that you're here to explore the bountiful journey of mindfulness through yoga, meditation, and reiki; all things accessible to absolutely everyone. built from a passion for presence, mindbodymint is a wholesome and safe space created with the soul intention to inspire you to live freely with kindness, compassion and gratitude; to inspire you to be so uniquely you because y o u matter. each day, the sun rises sharing all of its glory with our energetic beings. whether the sky is bright blue or cloudy, this new day is here for you. with each rise of the sun, your new day deserves to be welcomed with enthusiasm for a new beginning. you deserve to have the best day ever. truth is, it's easier said than done and we can all agree on that. it's difficult to accomplish all the wonderful things we want to do every day, every year, or even in our life time [hello untapped bucket list]. life is filled with so much adventure, but when we grow up we realize it also comes with so much responsibility. finding balance is part of everyone's journey and I've found life much more meaningful with divine presence. feel fulfillment with each aspect of your daily life, live each moment right here, right now, always. I know it's not simple and that's why I'm here to guide you.
asana is the physical practice of yoga. this is where most students begin their yogic journey as it is very approachable and a great way to increase strength and flexibility. from yin and restorative styles to hot yoga and power yoga, there is something for everyone to enjoy. attending classes, watching videos online, using social media or checking books out at the library are all starting points available to anyone. as you continue to learn the postures and transitions, you will begin to flow with your unique energy and move in your own beautiful and different way...
as you continue to incorporate asana into your daily life, you naturally begin to channel your life force energy for the greater good. you become aware of your relative space in existence. you feel grounded and present. this feeling carries on throughout your daily routines. each breathe becomes intentional, each movement becomes intentional both on and off your mat. you are open to welcoming self realization. yoga is a journey of self study and consciousness. it is a journey of developing awareness of the interconnectedness of all life; a path to discovering the eternal one.
living with mindfulness begins with movement and intention, yet no two journeys will look the same. we will all have different questions that are answered through our own personal rituals and practice and our beliefs will be our own. however, along the way you realize that abundance is a common goal. abundance may look different for you than your parents or your children. it will look different for you today than it does in 5, 10, 20 years. what we all want and what we a l l deserve is fulfillment in every aspect of life.
